This past December [unbelievably for my 30 years of age] I bought my first roll of baking paper, first set of cake tins and followed my first sugar soaked recipes. Many ruined floury messes and burnt pans later – I mastered Poached Pear Sauternes, Flourless Chocolate Cakes, Victoria Sponges, Martha’s 7 Minute Frosting and Sugar Glass #proud!
