Another completely dreamy idea from Nikole Herriot – cloud biscuits! I love her thought processes and surprising creations. The biscuit cutters are available to buy from her online shop or you can cut them yourself. I quite like the second cloud with a single line of icing piped around it, a batch with silver or glitter icing would make a nice ’silver lining’ metaphor : )
