Ok – so I’m cutting it a bit fine for mother’s day [sorry mummy!] but I always think it’s a bit wierd to do shopping round-ups based on ‘roles of person’, as though all ‘mums’, ‘dads’, ‘grandads’ should like the same sort of things…
That said, I thought I’d have some stylish fun with the stereotype, so given that all mums like florals and also practicality, Lisa Stickley’s pretty range of accessories seems to be spot on with the gift ideas.
I love her smart abstract floral prints in hues of greys and bright yellows, each colourway and style avaiable as wash-bags, makeup-bags, card holders and generously proportioned totes [for all that food shopping they do : ) ].
Oh and I threw in the grey striped one because I think it’s gorgeous!
