Why is the most relaxing sight to behold, the vision of someone creating something out of chocolate? I love all food, I love ogling over savory dishes bubbling away in casserole pots or the oozing of a generous slice of ruby red fruit pie, but chocolate… is just on another level.
Who doesn’t stop in their tracks when they see someone heating and cooling and spooning and moulding that dark delicious element on TV? Chocolate never has to be fancy, in-fact the simpler and purer the better.
