I was so happy when I spotted this small and cosy townhouse in Clerkenwell, East London on a location agency’s books! Because of late I’ve been having this discussion with photographer friends of mine that the unattainable houses in interior magazines are akin to skinny supermodels in fashion magazines – often un-realistic!

So although this teeny townhouse is admittedly in an expensive location, the space itself is achievable and oh-so inspirational!
