I am mesmerized by this traditiona Japanese breakfast the protagonist of my new favourite French food blog Sooishi experienced… from what I can gather through google translator is that the traditional Japanese breakfast consists of various unusual combinations [for me at least] of savory dishes…
These are fermented soy beans who have a taste similar to yeast, offered here with pieces of raw fish.
This omlette was served with fresh grated radish – yum! I would love to try something like this – does anyone know anywhere in London that does something similar?
