I love the interior of this sleepy looking jewellery shop in the Spitalfields area of East London.Time seems to have stood still inside this shop appearing on the corner of Hanbury Street as if from another era.
Its owner and namesake Ben Day, also exudes an old fashion charm, believing is that real jewellery by its nature is not for the mass market, but is a personal expression of passion, love and lust. Thus creating opulent jewellery featuring the rarest of opals suspended on fiery strands of pink diamonds, rings of volcanic obsidian, set with red hot rubies, mouth watering Tourmalines, from inky deep dark blues to neon greens framed with stardust diamonds…
