There was so much new talented exhibited at Tent London this September, I haven’t even made a dent in my bookmarking as yet! However, the area that blows me away each year [there are five main areas exhibiting different genres of products] is Tent Digital which showcases the best of digital and digitally-enabled design. True that most of these products showcased can’t always be used in a residential home – but the quality of exhibits are so astounding you feel that what you are witnessing must truly be magic [at least for someone like me who doesn't understand technology too well]!
Something that fascinated all the spectators this year was a product by Troy Abbott – who has invented a digital bird cage of sorts. The birdcage is beautiful and real, but your bird inside lives in a tiny digital screen – moving and cheeping like a real bird would! The product is described as ‘All Beauty.
