I love a good design classic with a twist – this new ‘Hush’ chair by Naughtone is simply perfect, with its classic yet contemporary lines and subtle outer shell and to be honest a pretty neutral burst of colour [as bursts of colour go]. It’s legs come in a steel sled base as shown here or with natural hardwood legs.
I don’t believe it’s often you come across a high-end product that ticks all the boxes, for me there’s always the ‘on trend’ aspect that makes me reluctant to put down all that cash when in a year it might just look like a fashion disaster? Naughtone designed this chair primarily for a work environment – its flared sides offering the much needed privacy to make a phonecall or have a quiet meeting with a colleague, but I can see this beauty nestling in just as comfortably in a living room reading corner.
