My vet friend Nicole lives in a tiny crooked cottage in the country with her dog Harvey and cat Mowglie. A group of us went to visit and she cooked us a delicious dinner – i could eat it all again right now! We had fondue baked in a butternut squash to start, then the most yummy slow cooked casserole and potato gratin – with a baked blueberry cheesecake for dessert!
