*I cooked a lot this weekend. I made lots of vegetable tempura with chilli and ginger soy dip (courtesy of Mama Wahi) and spicy tomato risotto with parmesan… and home made mini pizzas with pesto and caramelized onions with pork.
*I watched the Brother’s Grimm with Heath Ledger and Matt Damon, it was very funny and grim!
*I didn’t read at all this weekend, maybe i will go try and fit some in now…
