‘Snap and Dine’ is a portable lunch setting by Demelza Hill that reinforces table manners and etiquette. This is achieved through the products’ traditional aesthetic and the layout of of a formal dinner setting. This single-use three-course table setting, integrates disposable cutlery with traditional intricate tableware. The design expands the possibilities of eating outdoors in style whilst reinforcing the correct use of cutlery!

Looking at these ethereal photographs taken by dutch artist Albert Koetsier, it is hard to associate them with the context they are usually used for as ‘office art’ and generic images seen in stores like Ikea. The method behind their creation is actually the use of an x-ray machine rendering simple objects lumunious and sometimes abstract in their graphic qualities.

I do not love anything more than i love books. Food, fashion, furniture, illustration; i could give this all up for a good book and a lone chair. That is why i covet all these pieces of book related art…
